Hi there!I also have learned to live with the slowness of WWBS. However, my last two orders with them arrived in record time (1 week and I live in NJ-- that's a long way from Washington State) with priority shipping that I didn't even ask for-- So, they won some bonus points with me there! I would also like to remark that I am a frequent odererer of Home Shopping Network, too and I seldom if ever, receive their merchandise before two weeks is up. Remember, these comapnies work on 'BUSINESS DAYS' that means that if they say two weeks, that excluded 2 staurdays and 2 sundays and any holidays in between! I hope that everyone starts having better luck.Sherry~> I personally have had nothing but great luck with WW> Beauty. Hi,I think this last post from Kelly was very well put and answers a lot of the frustrations posted above.I have personally had fantastic luck with WW Beauty. If I hadn't I would not recommend the store on Hair Boutique. As you all know, I am very picky about what I recommend to the HB visitors. If I don't like something, or have had a problem, I don't trash it, but I don't recommend it either.Yes, please keep in mind that WW Beauty has great prices and a great selection BUT it does take time for shipping and handling. Also, they often don't have complete control of the shippers. I have seen this happen to me personally where the US Post Office was at fault and NOT WW Beauty. One time the Post Office was directly responsible for ripping up a package.Another time my package got opened at the mailbox where my mail is sent. So neither time it was WW Beauty's fault. It is not a perfect deal. You have to decide whether you are willing to order way in advance for your needs. I order everything at least 1 month in advance and therefore never run out of my stuff. If I do, I accept the fact that I have to go and pay retail. Thanks again Kelly. Well said.Best wishes to everyone.Karen> I have to say that I, too, have been frustrated in the> past with WWBeautystore for one reason & one> reason only..the delivery time factor. I'm also very frustrated with WWBeautystore. At the time I placed my order, I was under the impression that my products would arrive around 2-3 days. I find it interesting that you did not post your email with your complaint. If you want a response from WW Beauty, why not post it? I have seen lots of postings from Mickhael on this board. So I know that he checks Hair Talk on a regular basis.Just curious why you would post a complaint without your own email address?Joan> I placed an order with wwbeautystore, and it took 24> days to arrive. Renee,Hi there!I to have had problems with WWBS in the past-- but, I still use them beacuase they have bargain prices and a great selection. I would continue to e-mail them often and put words like 'Urgent' in the subject box. Here are some other addresses that you might want to try.mickhael@wwbeautystoreaceknows@wwbeautystoreMickhael is awesome and if you are able to get a hold of him, hopefully he will be able to help you out.Sincerely,Sherry~> I placed an order with wwbeautystore, and it took 24> days to arrive. Renee...I realize that you are upset..I would be, too. But, I think if you will e-mail Ace Hansen or Mickhael personally, you will see that they answer your mail as quickly as possible and will do everything possible to remedy the situation. At least that was my experience. This age of internet and over-the-computer sight-unseen ordering is bound to have its problems, but if you go to the top, you should be able to get them solved quickly.Laura
