Hi, CG!I wanted to let you know that I will not be posting the advice which I give to Sistah here.First, the specific hair problem is one which requires personal details which I feel should remain private. Moreover, suggesting supplements to someone with a specific hair problem requires more than a "laudry list" of good hair nutrients.I am sure that you may have read numerous questions by others regarding a particular vitamin/supplement for hair. I have tried to answer some of these and posted my own experience with a variety of supplements. If you are having a general or particular problem with your hair, feel free to drop me a line. I might be able to assist re my own suggestions or general literature which you might like to explore. All the best,Jade21I am also very curious about how to help my hair> grow....could you post for all to read?!?1> Thanks~> CG

After recently chopping my long straight red hair to make the growing out faze of having bitch bangs I would love any advice as well for hair growth. I realized now what a mistake it was to chop my hair instead of being patient and letting my bangs just grow out. Now that my bangs have grown out to my chin, I want my old hair back...length that is.Any vitimin info., moisturizers, secret formula to give to aid in the what seems like forever growing out stage would be most appriciated.Muchas gracias...

I'm sure others would like the> information.> Thanks> WTBTI personally don't like the idea of hair growth products. It seems selfish to make hair go beyond its means just to be longer. In the long run would'nt that be damaging? I choose to take a multi-vitamin, a complex amino-acids tablet and a biotin tablet. It should take at least over a month to see any results in extra growth (if any).Having healthy hair is the best way to get it to grow. I wanted long hair after a bad perm, but I cut off the perm and waited. I took my supplements and the results are rewarding. My hair is now 4 in. from my waist but it took 2 years. My only advice is to be patient, take care of your hair, use a good shampoo and conditioner, keep away from blow dryers, wear a hat to keep from sun damage and you will be fine. Hope this info. helps.
