Hello? What are you saying? I just recently purchased the Revostyler and it doesn`t look like it`s going to do that to your hair at all!
I think it will atleast make your hair straighter (not everybody`s hair is picture perfect right?) and you already straighten your hair with a blowdryer in one hand and a brush in the other!!!!!
Sorry to say but I don`t think you know what you`re talking about because I have African hair also and I strongly believe that the Revostyler is going to work for me and for everyone else:)

I just saw the informercial for it and to me it seems like a waste of money for someone with extremely curly/frizzy hair, when this one woman (caucasian) who had very curly hair but not kinky was demonstrating the technique of the brush on her hair, I was observing very closely and it didn`t seem to get her hair stick straight, it still had some waves in it especially around the hair line. it also looks as if it will hurt your hand since you have to be holding the blowdryer in one hand and the twirling brush in the other. In my opinion this brush seems like it works the best for people with hair that has a slight wave to it

Hi. Has anyone with unpermed afro-ish hair tried it. i was wondering if it would rip my hair out or not. its supposed to make your hair shiny and straight or curly.
The website is www.RevoStyler.com if you want to look at it.
