Massaging your scalp with oil should loosen the braids somewhat and sooth the soreness. However you should stay away from too tight braids. They should loosen up within a week, but if they are still causing soreness after this time then you should have them removed in order to avoid breakage.

i don`t think so,just don`t put it too tight then it
will cause ttration alocepi,
