Here is one that I like the best and I am so finicky that if I like them...most people will also:
Banana-Berry Smoothies
Blend 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup apple juice, I medium banana, 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries (let them thaw a little first or you may have a mess).
Blend and drink for breakfast. Very filling.
