callalily, i mean the wax in the product, did it tanlge your hair or weigh it down

I"ve never tried the wax.  The 'butter'  I was referring to was the Butter Treat which is a deep conditioner.

callalily did the wax tangle your hair or weigh it down, im afraid the wax will make my hair even more unmanageable

I have the Redken Smooth down poo, conditioner, and butter.  I LOVE it!!!  It left my hair very moisturized and soft.  I've used when I was natural and relaxed and LOVED IT!!!

i tried the all soft conditioner and it made my hair hard and tangled. im too scared to try the other redken products now. the results i got from the all soft were a little scary. LOL

has anyone tried the redken soft or smooth line, if so how was it. Im trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner that will make my dry brittle hair soft and manageable.
