I've heard that even the most "gentle" methods of applying hair
extensions can be damaging. If you must get extensions, do your
homework on that issue first. Human hair is more expensive than
synthetic, but is generally considered to look better (because it is
real hair, after all). And, installing "semi-permanent"
extensions is best left to experts. Clip-ins you could probably
do yourself, after getting instruction s from your supplier.
You really can't get help with this aspect of extensions on the extensions forum?

I'm Thinking about getting Extensions while I'm waiting (quite impatiently) for my hair to grow. I would like to do it myself as I dont have the time or money to go to the salon. Is it hard to do yourself? Should I get real human har or synthetic hair? Clip in or glue in? Any infor would be great!
