Growth of 6" is pretty normal. If you are gentle with your hair, search out and snip off split ends individually (as possible), and eat well /drink enough water, I don't see why 6" is unreasonable.
Jojoba and coconut oil can be found in natural food stores, or natural beauty shoppes such as Pilgrim's Nutrition Center, or Trader Joe's, Whole Foods. Jojoba usually ranges from $2 - $4 per one ounce. Coconut oil ranges from $2 - $5 per pound.
hey im new here, but ive been reading ur topics for quite a while now, My hair is BSL and I want it to grow as long as possible! if hair grows 6 inch per year does that mean if i look after my hair from now to this time next year my hair will b sumwhere above my bum? i hope so!
In the past i must say i have been Cruel to my hair, with dyeing and straightening etc, but i have stopped that for sum years now, and im really wanting my hair to grow as long as it can!
does anyone know which is the best shampoo & conditioner to use, or if you know of any good products to use on my hair. And will using heat protection spray with UV filter on my hair damage it?(only using it for protection from sun)
