the only thing i can think of that will give you that lift is bleach, bleach,and more bleach. then a violet based toner to remove all of the yellow pigment that is left over. maybe im just out of the loop tho.

you can do anything if you set your mindto it (just dont try this with hair,that could turn out bad)

Some of my hair has turned white, but using dyes can turn black hair into white .Can u suggest hair colour which is safe and does not bleach the black hair. Thanks
