i use it for braiding hair.
 
altho if you straighten this hair it goes like silk! not to be worn loose tho i wouldnt imagine. xx

Kanekalon is mostly used in wigs also. Most of the wigs I have are made of Kanekalon and they wear very well. The hair is shiny but not "Barbie" shiny and whatever curl it has springs right back after washing. I would not use Kanekalon for extensions tho, except for dreads. A wig you wear and take off and wash once per week, extensions you sleep in and wash more often and Kanekalon dosnt do well under that kind of stress.

Hi There, yes its a fibre hair best used for braids or dreads not left loose, i find its the best hair to use for braids as its not shiny or waxy so wont slip out.

Did I spell that wrong? Sorry if I did, but I was just wondering, what exactly is it? I'm assuming it's a name of a fiber, but I'm not really sure.

I always see the big packets of it and it's usually kinky and frizzy, so I have a bad impression of it...

Yeah, just wondering if anyone could clear this up for me, thanks!
