I know some will mourn the loss of length, but I think this looks fantastic with the bangs and extra volume, and is much sexier than the long and flat version she has on the show.

They've probably started shooting next season's episodes already, so I assume she'll continue with this shorter look...

Oddly, Lea's hair was longer again at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

When they were on the Bonnie Hunt show that was when the show was about to premiere.. So that was taped.. Those first pics almost look like extensions.. Something about her just gives out sexiness!!!!

Thanks for the link Kramer. You're right, it is much shorter! Just barely past the shoulders now. But I can't argue with those wavy curls, and still think it looks great. As long as it has some body to it I think it works well for her.

Lea and castmates were on Bonnie Hunt's show today and her hair looked even shorter. Of course, it was curled.
 
Here's video. On the plus side, she's lost weight.
