Benefits of using organic products either food or personal care is the absence of chemicals.

Personal care products you should buy everything organic - if you can. US products are loaded with chemicals, unlike our European and Canadian counterparts which ban 1000's more ingredients. You need to stay away from the Toxic 12! Using these ingredients once in a while is fine but we use products with really bad ingredients at least once a day for many many years. Paraben ingredients accumulate in the body when absorbed through the skin. Parabens are in all makeups (eye shadows) and body washes, shampoos, etc.

Hello,

You may have heard that a lot of people are switching to natural and organic products, this is due to the high amount of chemicals that most creams contain and produce side effects like irritation, inflammation, dyes, dryness, etc.

Most chemical creams in the market only work on the surface of the skin, so you never see real improvement, those creams just cover you imperfections or moisture your skin but the root of the problem is not solved.

On the other hand organic creams and natural ingredients can get deep in to the 7 layers of your skin and heal it from the foundation. You will be able to clean your pores deeply and stimulate your skin cells.

Here are some important natural skin care tips:

- drink a lot of water
- eat nutritive foods full of vitamins
- take multivitamins
- take vitamin c
- use a sunscreen
- exercise
- avoid smoking and alcohol
- you can make your own natural homemade skin care recipe with fruits

Those are important tips that you should follow to keep a healthy skin every day of the week, unhealthy lifestyle habits, lack of sleep, too much alcohol, too much sun exposure, smoke and pollution create millions of free radicals in the skin and accelerate the aging process and harm your skin.

You can get some help of creams to keep your skin moisture, clean your pores and protect your skin, but you need to choose the right one, because most creams in the US are made with chemical ingredients such as parabens, petrolatum, alcohol, mineral oil and fragrances that are unhealthy for your skin and cause side effects.

Natural creams with organic ingredients on the other hand get deep in your your skin layers to stimulate your cells to produce new collagen, elastin and skin cells. One of the major differences of synthetic creams with natural ones, is that synthetic products just work on the surface of the skin and don't help to heal the skin.

The shocking truth on the real Natural Anti aging Skin Care Creams that dramatically reduce wrinkles, eye bags, dark circles, fine lines, hydrate your skin and make you look years younger without any side effect.Everyone loves to look beautiful. There are many advantages of looking beautiful. A gorgeous woman always receives attention. She marries the best catch. She gets to be the cheer leader. She dates all the attractive boys. She even manages to participate in the beauty arrangementen and win a crown for her country. Hence, women look out for simple beauty tips to enhance their beauty.

Hi beauties,

I believe a skin care regimen can make any one look pretty perfect without makeup.

Step 1 .Cleansing
Be careful not to cleanse too often, you risk over-cleansing skin, see signs you are over cleansing your skin. You really only need to wash your face at night to remove makeup and sunscreen, which can clog pores. If you have dry skin, consider cold cream like Pond's, which the French use or make your own organic cold cream using this simple cold cream recipe. Simply apply cream, then wipe off, no water needed (if you have hard water, it can be especially harsh on skin). Most women prefer
the water method: Use warm water to loosen dirt and clogged pores. Use a dime-sized bit of cleanser, then rinse with cool or lukewarm water.

Step 2: Exfoliate
There are several exfoliating options that I use weekly. Here are my favorites:
A facial scrub.
Microdermabrasion.
Retinoids.
Should you use a toner? Some people swear by toners, but many beauty experts do not (I once read a skincare expert claim, "toners are only for copy machines"). Toners are meant to remove all remaining traces of oil, makeup and dirt, but a good cleanser should do this. I firmly believe it's up to you. If you like the way your skin feels with a toner. Buy it. Use it. Enjoy it.

Step 3: Moisturize
While I know of at least one famous beauty editor who swore skin doesn't need moisturizer, basically everyone else I've read disagrees and is an adamant believer in it. A basic rule of beauty is that if you have dry skin, you should invest in a basic moisturizer. So how much should you moisturize? Your skin will tell you. When your skin is tight, it's crying out for moisture. Be careful not to over-moisturize -- this can clog pores. For moisturising your body which is a must after every bath Vaseline total moisture is the best option.Your perfectWinter Care for Skin

Step 4: Apply Sunscreen
The no.1 cause of wrinkles is sun damage, so it's important to use a sunscreen of at least 30 SPF from your early years on even in winter and on cloudy days. A great
trick is to purchase two moisturizers: One for night and one for day that includes UV protection. Don't use moisturizers with sunscreen at night, the ingredients are
not meant to be used 24/7 and can aggravate skin. When choosing a sunscreen, make sure it contains Mexoryl (found in my favorite sunscreen La-Roche Posay) or Helioplex, found in Neutrogena products.

hi beauties,

here are the best Skin care: 5 tips for healthy skin

1. Protect yourself from the sun

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.

For the most complete sun protection:

Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. When you're outdoors, reapply sunscreen every two hours — or more often if you're swimming or perspiring.
Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives, which give clothing an additional layer of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of washings, or special sun-protective clothing — which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet rays.

2. Don't smoke

Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin health. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — the fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke — can contribute to wrinkles.

If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Ask your doctor for tips or treatments to help you stop smoking.

3. Treat your skin gently

Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your skin. To keep it gentle:

Limit bath time. Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin. Limit your bath or shower time, and use warm — rather than hot — water.
Avoid strong soaps. Strong soaps and detergents can strip oil from your skin. Instead, choose mild cleansers.
Shave carefully. To protect and lubricate your skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before shaving. For the closest shave, use a clean, sharp razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not against it.
Pat dry. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin.
Moisturize dry skin. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin type. For daily use, consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.

4. Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin.

5. Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — take steps to manage your stress. Set reasonable limits, scale back your to-do list and make time to do the things you enjoy. The results might be more dramatic than you expect.

Never go to bed without cleaning your skin.Remember your skin is an organ and absorbs whatever you put on it.Sometimes if we don't clean our skin, the pores get clogged and leads to acne, blackheads and breakouts.

If you want beautiful skin, it is important to maintain a healthy diet. You need plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and dairy in order to have a healthy body and healthy skin. You want to steer clear of processed foods and canned foods because these have a great deal of sodium and ingredients that can cause your skin to become dry, oily or just malnourished. Do your skin and body a favor and only eat fresh foods. Broccoli is a great food to eat if you have acne and fish is great for your skin in general. If you are eating the good foods, your skin will show it.

Hi,You can make facial treatments from egg whites (for oily skin) or avocados (for dry skin) you can also mix Epsom salt and almost boiling water to open your pores. Just pull your hair back and put your face near the steam. Fill an old stocking or knee high from your pantyhose with oatmeal and put it in your bathwater for soft skin.

Use a natural cream moisturizer daily for dry and normal skin. For people with sensitive skin, use a moisturizer without lanolin or perfume for best results.Get plenty of vitamin A into your diet naturally. Although supplementation does have its place, acquiring vitamins organically will offer the best skin care improvements.
