CHOP CHOP

Good Evening dear Toady
My visible hair
Stretches from bedroom to top of the stairs
The invisible kind that will soon manifest
Reaches from China to Budapest
A third kind which grows to the sound of a tune
Begins in Morocco
And ends on the moon

Et Tu little froglet?
How fares thy green pate?
I imagine the lichens and moss irritate...
If so, I suggest an elixir of three
Rosemary, peppermint and oil of Tea Tree

When I raise my arms grasping my sword blade
I will kill you in the nocturnal shade

Soon no one will know, and no one will care
That you were obsessed by our long long hair.



I fail to see the humor in any of this though.

I was not wishing to duel with my prose.
Did you think I would accept your kind rose?
Well yes, I will! A rose is quite fine!
But in the end your hair is still mine!




and, no, I do not sit about with hair every where.
I give it to the birds. To make nests. Hair is much softer than twigs.

When I made a joke about haircutting Dave you admonished me and gave me a little lecture!!!

I guess I should have been more creative! I need to learn how to put cute pictures on a computer board.

I can beat this ChopdeToad troll any day in poetry and writing though. Good job Uzi you won the poetry/literature contest hands down girl!

Dear Toad if a duel our poems may be
Appoint a judge...perhaps Dave D
Our Mod will decide who stays and who goes
A thorn for Toady, for Uzi a rose?

Or maybe dear Toady you will become
A resident troll on the long hair for-um
Reminding us all of our lengthy aims
Snipping split ends while playing your games

But I must warn if the two of us duel
Uzi is anti all cutting tools
Not a hair will be cut - NO - not one single strand
Un-cut ends are a mark of my brand
