One more question ... does anyone know if caffeine is bad for hair growth?..
From what I've heard, it is supposed to be a factor in *increasing* fallout. But, considering that I drink 20 oz of lightning strength coffee daily, and I have low fallout & take no vitamins, I think that it is entirely dependent on OTHER contributing factors, like stress. Hopefully others will chime in with their responses..
My hair is almost to my knees (~50") and continues to grow longer. Rather slowly these days, but that's ok - it's still *growing*.

I sure hope not! But then again, most things are bad for you if you use them excessively, even basically good things. As long as you are happy and don´t hurt anywhere I wouldn´t worry.
