Kirsten Dunst et al

Man it is really rare that you can get three hot celebrities all to cut their hair short and I like none of them...

Kirsten Dunst definately cut. There's just no denying that it is cut almost exactly like Maggie Gyllenhal's used to be. Not a great look on her at this time but I'd say its a start of good things. Thats a nice length for her in general and once she figures out how to wear it better it will look great.

Julie Stiles looked great two weeks ago. She cut just a bit more off and ruined it IMO. Just not as good as before. Not terrible but she had it really great with the last cut.

Maggie G. Can't tell if its cut or just styled weird. Either way weird is the operative word. She's always quirky but this is not attractive.

I think Julia Stiles' hair is the same as it was last month. Just tucked behind the ears is all.

Kirsten Dunst looks better than when her hair was scary long, but this may be put up. She hasn't looked that good since Spider-man.

I don't know what's with Maggie's hair either. I never realized she had such a cute face.

I saw some pics of her on rex features a while back and it looked like she had cut her hair but I had not been able to find any other pics to conferm this until now. I love it she looks so sweet now not a rag doll like before. I think julia did cut her hair as well because she didn't have a lot or any short layers in back and on the sides before. she does have it tucked behind the ear so its not a full short cut but did do some thing. It looks good but the highlights are to bright. She makes a hot burnnet, she was ok as a blonde but this new color really makes her look hot. I like maggies new cut as well.

Yep, Shorthair, that's cut. It does look exactly like Maggie Gyllenhaal's old cut, which is kind of odd.

Uh oh.... is this the return of the wedge cut? I really don't think this is flattering on any woman - the shorter front pieces just hanging there awkwardly, and the oddly-shaped back always makes me think it must have been a mistake. Julia Stiles has a cut like this on the current issue of some women's fashion magazine, and she carries it off a bit better, but still.... it really looks like Kirsten just copied Julia's cut. That's a shame, since as we saw in "The Cat's Meow," Kirsten can look pretty damn foxy with short hair. Just not this style!

For those of you keeping score at home Maggie is scheduled to be on Conan tonight and it doesn't appear to be a repeat.

I saw that as well, but the photos aren't good enough to tell for certain. It looks cut VERY short, but it maybe a pullback.

Certainly looks shorter but not definative enought to call it yet. If it is that makes three haircuts in the past 2 weeks. Wonder if she intended to go that short and went in stages or just didn't like the first two so kept going?

Overall just not good. Although I didn't think the tapered bob was the best look on her I did think it was about the right lenght and would have been really nice if she'd tweeked it. It may sound silly to say that one color never looks good short, but I'm saying it. that in between, golden blond never looks good to me that short Short is a pretty extremem hairstyle and looks better either paler or a dark, rich color. As is looks a bit frumpy.

Kirsten in general looks like she gets her hair cut at supercuts(no offense to supercuts folk) and doesn't particularly care to style it anyway. She's gone from being a particularly gorgeous teenager to a fairly ordinary 20 year old(about that age). Part of its the hair and part of it is that the is boney and awkward looking. She's a perfect example for a woman to look a and realize that sometimes its better to be 5 pounds too heavy than 5 pounds to thin and is so unpolished that her hair winds up hurting more rather than helping.

Kirsten cut it ALL off. Scrolldown to the bottom for conclusive proof. This a completely different look for her, and I like it. Very funky-punky.

I'm starting to wonder if Maggie and her don't have some kind of bet going on, since Kirsten seems to be getting the same haircuts as Maggie as of late.

Regardless of whatever hairstyle she has, i've never thought of her as a great beauty. My two cents.
