Kirsten and Maggie showed up at Sunday's press conference with new cuts. Last night at the premiere, Kirsten's hair was much shorter and Maggie's looks shorter as well. Considering Kirsten is dating Maggie's brother, odds are the ladies went to the salon together.
Actually looks good on Kirsten. First time in a while her hair has looked good. The hair looked scraggly previously. This Alyssa Milano cut is one that will look solve that problem. Another problems, still unsolved, is color. She used to have a gorgeous blond color. For the last year, she's been dishwater blond. Too dark to be blond and too light to be brown. It isn't very attractive on her. She needs a color change.
All I can say is wow!!!!!! I can't believe that Kirsten choped her hair. she went all summer looking like an orphan and now she loks like she was a volunteer at a beauty school. I like it as an improvement and the fact I love short hair but the bangs and side burns make her look like she ran out of the salon before the stylist was finished. Then the other thing is the fact she went so short and so quick just a week ago she was weaing a new style that she could only had a month at most, and a week later she cuts it again? I wonder why she didn't wear the other style longer and why she choose this style? On a side note Julia Stiles is looking hotter every time I see her, I think it was a smart move choping her hair and coloring it. Looking back at older pics she just was not that cute as she is now.
He took a Leno-esque interest in her new do, devoting the first few minutes of the segement to it.
Kirsten got it cut just before the premiere yesterday, just because. She was going for a faux hawk type thing, which she got. I don't know if it will last, as she seemed on the fence about it.
I thought it was extremely cute, especially with what she was wearing on the show. I like the funky punk look. Hopefully she'll stick with for a bit.

Young, attractive starlets shouldn't do mohawks, not even the modern version. It's just tacky :-P . Hopefully she will do something different with the top bit. Short hair makes her look older, which can be good, since she's still young enough to want to look older. *shrugs* Or it might be the make-up doing it, I'm not entirely sure.
Kirsten looked very cute on Dave. I haven't thought so in a long while. Still thinks she needs to do something with the color. Blond or brunette, but not this dishwater blond. Dave was surprising in his hairstyle knowledge. He suggested she could go shorter, alluding to Mia Farrow's pixie, which was shorter.
Over all its an improvement but if she wanted a change what was wrong with the change she had done just before this? I like her angled bob she had just got. i also don't know what all the big deal is with the hair color its not that bad. She is wearing her natural color instead of putting a bunch of chemicals in her hair frying and us complaining how fried her hair looks. I would like her to finish the haircut, one side is cut and the other side she has this long side burn thing going, the front is to long and why would she want a mohawk? She has never worn her hair this short nor has she ever done any thing crazy it just does not make sense imo. It took a lot of guts to do some thing so drastic and right before a big event.

Kirsten Dunst is far from convinced that hacking off her long hair was such a great idea - because it highlights her round face.
The young actress cut off her locks three hours before the premiere of her new movie Mona Lisa Smile and she likes her new Mia Farrow look, but sometimes worries she looks a little odd.
She says, "You know when you just want to cut movies out of your hair, I just wanted a new look.
"I'm going through trauma now. All I see is this little round face and this weird thing on top. Some days I like it better than others." I doubt she will have short hair long, it sounds like she hates it and is going to grow it back out, to bad I think she looks cute, just needs some fine tuneing.
This is what she said on Letterman the day after the cut. When a woman goes as short as Kirsten, she's bound to have love/hate the next day and some doubts. After she lives it a few weeks, she'll decide if she likes it. The second day doesn't count.
Yeah but I doubt that she is going to get used to it since she does have a very round face that is shown off by this new cut and this is the shortiest she has ever had her hair and she seems a little shy my guess is that she will grow it out. The more I look at pics of it the more I start to like it, it is an improvement from the long stringy boring hair she had all summer, I hope Im wrong and she does give it a chance.
I'm a HUGE short hair proponent, but I can't say as even with a little tweaking, that it would suit her. I still vote for her "Bring It On / Drop Dead Gorgeous" do as the best look for her. Mia Farrow she ain't.
