Alright...
Shen Min 2- daily
GNC Biotin 600mcg 1-daily
GNC Horsetail 3-daily
GNC MSM 1000mg 2-daily
Centrum multi 1-daily
GNC vitE 400 3-daily
GNC B-complex 50 1-daily
GNC Evening prime rose 500mg 3-daily
Vitamin World Calcium 333mg 2-daily
Vitamin World Magnesium 133mg 2-daily
Vitamin World Zinc 5mg 2-daily
GNC Omega 3 1-daily which contain borage and flaxseed oil
I also drink 8oz glass of carrot juice daily along with my protein mix..

And yes I do get tired of taking all this ..

I have heard that if you take Biotin for Hair, Skin, and Nails that accomplishes everything you could want. Everyone that goes to the hair salon that I go to take Biotin and they all have long, thick, pretty hair. I am about to start taking them this week. I was on regular hair vitamins that you can get from Wal-Mart and they work good. My sister started taking Biotin because after she had her baby, her hair started shedding very badly and she said that it helped her out tremendoulsy. Her hair doesn't even shed that much and the only reason that it is shedding is because of her birth control. All you need if 5 milgrams a day.

to answer passin thru- i have taken hf37 for about 6 months and i did see 1.5-2 inches of hair growth each month, i must say it does work, the side effects of it for me was that i had a really dry, itchy scalp, and i stayed hungry so i gained a little weight, but overall it does work. it is very expensive though. i started taking msm-3000 mg, epo-2000mg, silica (horsetail)-500mg, flaxseed oil-2500 mg, and vitamin e 1000iu(softgels). i also apply wgo to my scalp and profective mega growth to my hair. hope this helps.

My hair is about 7 inches long now. I have shown everything that i am taking to my doctor- she said that everything was cool. She drew blood and i am in perfect health so it is working for me with no problems.

I didn't know it was so safe to take that many vitamins. Anyway, my question is have any of yall ever used Shen min, Exotic Allure, or Hair Formula 37? If so, what were your results. Any info is appreciated.

All of them do different things but i primarily take them for my hair- i have been on this regimine since Jan. I believe that i was at 1-1.5 inches in length then and i am now at 4 inches in length. My hair is not dry anymore, my dry scalp has practically been eliminated. I love my hair- is is very thick , curly/coily and very healthy.

All of them are tablets or gel capsules and i take them orally. I do put vitamin e oil on my hair but i purchase it separately . You can however put pin holes in the gel caps and rub the oil on your scalp. Best of luck to you and anymore questions, feel free to ask.

okay. THis may be a stupid question but do you take all these vitamins orally or are they in liquid form to put on your scalp? Don't laugh. I am researching the vitamins I should use for my hair and some are for your scalp and some you take orally so I'm learning
