Do you think Hot oil Treatments are a waste of time or do you fell that they benefit your hair? When do you apply the oil to your hair before shampoo or after shampoo?

Hot oils are usually used before shampooing so that you can wash them out. The hot oil work with the shampoo. I have seen significant improvement in my mothers hair it has become softwer and silkier.

i do mine prior to shampooing and yes i do see a benefit , my scalp is less dry and my hair is much softer and silkier.
