I'm currently taking Shen Min it contains 1400mcg of biotin along with additional GNC biotin 600mcg I have only been taking this amount for anout 4 months grat results but has some nasty side effects...

MY BIOTIN PILLS HAVE 5000 MCG IN IT...MY AUNT TOLD ME THAT ITS TO MUCH...

I do and i take 10 mg a day. Been taking it since jan. I started with 1.2 mg and increase it to 10 mg.
