Bought hair from the Super Hair Factory, it was terrible to say the 

least. It wasn't cuticle hair, the color was definitely not even 

close to a #10. Let's just say I could have bought the same hair at 

the local supply house for over half the price they charged me. But I 

thought they had a good return policy, BOY WAS I WRONG!! 

I returned the hair in its original condition, packaging, & copy of 

the invoice, via USPS(my husband has worked for the PO for over 30 

years), with delivery confirmation. Accourding to the USPS records 

the hair was delivered back to them on Monday May 16th. I just called 

them and at first they say they I wasn't in the computer, then they 

say they found me, but the hair was not received yet, then this GUY 

gets on the phone and asks me what was wrong with the hair and how 

long I have been wearing extensions. So I told him how I felt about 

the hair and the I have been wearing extensions for over 13 years. He 

tells me I haven't been wearing extensions long enough to know 

anything about buying hair and that I didn't know what I was talking 

about. Boy I sure wish I didn't live on the opposite coast from 

Georgia, !@#$%&!!! So He says they have to charge me 5% to process 

the return, which was no where on their website, to process the 

return. So what's going on here?? One minute they don't have the hair 

and the next they are tielling me they will process my refund for a 

charge? Better Business Bureau here I come."
