also write out all of your expenses, including your time, let her understand its not like your making a bundle off these installs, you dont get to keep all that $455 you charged her. You can give her back all the $82 of you want, but I think that time has past after she INSISTED on the 2nd install.

LOL silly me, thicko. She bought her own hair for the second install so I haven't added that on. I just bought two packs for the first install. I think she's going to go mad if I only give her �45 in english money back. I really can't be doing with the stress but I suppose I'm setting myself a precedent if I don't be strong x

if anything your doing her a service by not glueing them in the way she wanted, hell your saving her hair! Less scrupulous people would have just glued them in and ran with the money, not giving a ratts ass about her hair. She needs to thank you for being honest, sheesh.

I'm just too darn soft sometimes. I get frightened because I work from home and people know where I live but I don't know where they live that I'm going to get repercussions if something goes wrong like in this instance. There are some unsavory people aren't they. If I had a salon I think things would be different x
