crushing hairtopia pills...

I just bought some hairtopia pills, and was wondering if they will still be ok if I crushed them and ate them that way? I can't take pills due to my anxiety problem, so I either have to crush pills or take liquids, and I know in some pills it's not ok to crush them...so I hope it is ok to crush these...?

What I do is stick the pill into my mouth when I'm eating and wrap the pill around the food - then swallow.  Makes taking the pills easy.

I would think any pill would be okay crushed if it were not a time release pill.  Crushing would break the barriers that make things release over time, but otherwise, why not?

can someone tell me where to get these hairtopia pills. I have been checking health food stores but they havent even heard of them.
