Looks like she's going for a straight grow-out. I'm bummed she didn't keep it short for a while and experiment with some pixie-ish styles. She's got a great face for it.

I realize that's the way she sees it. I wasn't criticizing her wording. My comment was meant to express exasperation with the concept that women look more feminine with long hair. If I inferred too much, I apologize.
And again, regarding the EW cover pic or the other EW pics, I don't see how anyone can say she is not gorgeous, feminine, sexy,... Also, the EW cover was voted the best EW cover of last year.

Yes, that is apparently the way Seraphina sees it. I don't see a problem with her wording. Some of the short hair fans here are far more strident in their exclamations for certain short looks.

I think she looks too hard with her hair cut like that. And the make-up is too heavy. I personally like long hair anyway, but I have seen softer short cuts than that which are much nicer.

Agree with the both sides on this one yeah she can pull the short hair look off. No big deal. But I like long hair. Sorry personnel taste. Anyway I have question did the moive do well? As someone pointed out on other hair cut type moives they for some reason don't really do well. Catwomen,GI Jane and I think there are others.

She looks nice with long and short hair...but there's something more sophisticated about her with short hair...Like she stands out more...With long hair she looks like any other person.

It is true that actresses with what we consider traditionally beautiful features, usually look good with either short or long hair. On the other hand, there are some faces that are really only right for either short or long hair.

I too think Natalie, looks both strong and feminine.
Ofcourse the heavy eye makeup makes her look "Dangerous". Natalie is a Harvard Grad, and I like actress' with a brain and natural beauty, and Talent too.
I can't wait to see Natalie's new movie,"V for Vendetta" Ever since her movie role in "Closer" I have loved Natalie as an actress!!!
