I cant really tell u cop it or not to cuz its a case sensitive thing if u feel u need somthin like that go ahead I use somethin similar cuz I dont use carrot everyday I switch between the 2 every other day.

Yeah to me its an ok product...It basically doese what carrot cream does but carrot cream Gives you more moisture which is especially great when youve just washed your hair.

Ive used something similar basically most hair food type products are the same and if it has vitamin  E it will help with hair growth/strengthening. Basically hair food helps with manageability, softness, adds shine, conditions scalp and hair, and nourishes the hair.
