For some reason, if I go to the salon at 12, I'm not leaving til 4. Not because my hair takes that long, but because there is always a line of people there before me, even when I make appointments. I only go when I need to relax and trim. I dont even style there. So, its frustrating having to wait so long. Like the others said, the various hair needs take different times.

I wonder if it has to do with double booking....my mom said that this is common amongst her stylist she double sometimes triple books and leaves her customers waiting....thats why i go to the JC PENNYS salons in the mall they have a policy against that and making customers wait forever
