This is what our football team calls twentyone fit. Do 21 push ups then do 21 situps
do 18 pusups, then do 18 situps
Do15 pusups then do 15 situps.
and keep going down in terms of three. I do it every night it isnt hard. Stop at one

You sound like my 10 y/o nephew, he's 5'4 bout 130...all muscle. Seriously, he's a monstrous kid...built like a pro football player already.

do push ups and flutter kicks everynight and you be a beast in no time, you'll feel results before you see them though
