What is your hair like now?  And have you ever had short hair?  It can take a bit of getting used to and mine requires a lot more use of products to make it look good.  Also more maintenance.  But, I do like it lots better.

You can try it down, flipped, slicked, kinda spikey, with accessories, whatever you like ^_^ .  Versatility is fun!

It sounds like you are describing more of a Lisa Rinna look than a pixie.
 
#5030, #5035, #5982 and #5052 are examples of pixie cuts.
 
Either way, Halle Berry's look works for her whether flipped out or not.  She is totally gorgeous either way.  Good luck with the cut.

I know she has it flipped out. So would it look good if it isnt. I would have the bangs a little longer and more of side bangs.
