Wow that is a tuffie, but not impossible. You can actually work out sitting down. The first series of Tae Bo dvd's showed how you could perform the exercises sitting down, if you were injured or on a wheel chair. Things like rolling your arms fast will work with your cardio need. Leg extensions while sitting down and well as scissor moves will work out your legs without having to stand up. I suggest you get those dvd's. They would be a real help.

I've broken my foot (stress fracture) and I've got to do the least amount of walking possible.
So, because I can't walk or go running, how can I maintain a good body (and make it even better) in the lead up to my Aunty's wedding which is in 6 weeks time.
