the length of you hair doesn't matter when you're using this method. its probably better to start lower tho.
But in order to get waves, you need to brush at least an hour a day and wolf (growing your hair out for 7 weeks while still brushing and du ragging). just read the rest of the FAQ's on here and Waveology to learn more
I Just Cut Ma Hair Like A Minth Ago...Cuz I Had Braids And I Can't Get Waves At All...Errbody At Ma School And Stuff Been Tellin Me That It Gotta be Longer To Get Em.....But I Don't Think It Gotta be That Long...Cuz I Aint Cut It Since I Got It Cut Off...Imma Try That Wave Cap And Du_Rag Thing...But Do It Work Better With A Fresh Cut???
that used to happen 2 me too because my hair was still wet or soft from the moisturizer (therefore any little print would be left in my hair). Now i just brush so much b4 i put the du rag on that its no longer wet. Your hair will look just as good when you take the du rag off
I had to modify the method cuz i was noticing i had a durag line in the middle of my waves. And it was spliting up the waves rite down the middle. Even though i wear the durag on the other side. But I still recommend this method. Good looks king cash.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE...?? only the brush knows ,,,,but one thing i can tell u is dat waves dont come ova night and its gone take lots of brushin and time and dedication
