pull ups, chin ups, chest flys, leg raises, all kindas push ups n crunches n once i week i get my abs off guard n might juss do 200 situps st8.....variety is the best way to do nething.....if u do nethin for too long ur body will becom used to it n will stop respondin to it....."too much of one thing is good for nuttin".....o n im on track so naturally i run everyday

Do any yall know any different types of Krunches other than the basic one
Have you tried the bicycle kind where when you come up you cross your right elbow to your left knee and then the other way.
I don't think guys have this problem, but the lower abs are a big problem for women so if you lie flat on your back and then raise your knees to a 90 degree angle...I hope you get what im saying

i got u.....my cuzin gives me his mens health magazines n they got every type of crunch there...n uyea moss guys dun kare bout a full fledged eight pak moss will settle for a decent sixpak....women shoodn't hav to worry bout that really....juss keep it flat, u dun need no abs (abs on a women?....yuck....lol)
