LOL, I don't do them to get a six pack, I do it to keep my stomach flat. Ya know, don't want that little pouch at the bottom.

Regular crunches will not keep my stomach flat. I need to isolate that area for it to look the way i want it to.

hahaha but naw i play basketball...for some reason ima bigger nigga but i got the same moves/speed that skinny niggas got but God gave me this belly lol...

i guess so, but its prolly since u kno most of da time when u playin half court basketball you dont need as much speed as u do quickness so that might have something to do wit it...

hey but its still niggas my size who be kinda fast, like zach thomas n ray lewis lol...
