Hold on...Its true that Annie brushes might be pre used when u go to buy em??
 
And naw. chicks hair get stuck in brushes (especially 1s with many bristles  like the 1s we use)

My sister cost me 2 brushes fo using mine and it was all Censored up with her long a$$ hair when i found it in my room. Its so obvious when she uses it. I always tell her 2 buy her own brush! Angry

My Annie brushes look brand new when I take them out of the plastic. Sounds like your buying a used brush.
