oh*so*sassy of wicked hair co. is very ill. Her and her son have both been hospitalized. She is home and recovering but sounds like she has a ways to go. She is trying right now to sort through the customer issues.
She is a very nice lady and I have faith that she will resolve the issues at hand. She has always had a great business reputation, just a very unfortunate bout of bad luck and ill health lately.

I don't know who you think I am. I'm new to this board. As for saying I'm happy to hear this, that is not what I meant. I meant that I thought I was the only one to have this happen to me. Like I said before, I ordered from her because I had read such great things about her product. I don't know her or anyone else around here. I was just going off what I read on the boards. I certainly hope she is okay. I only wanted a response to my emails and voicemail. I even suggested in my email that maybe she could send me another set with a tracking number. I don't think I'm wrong here! I paid for a product, she emailed me the item had been shipped and I still haven't received anything. She doesn't respond to emails...what would you do or think? I don't appreciate you attacking me as if I enjoy this. I was excited to get my clip ins. My mom was coming in town for Thanksgiving...so everyday I ran to my mailbox thinking I would get them before the holiday. And just so you know, as of today, I haven't called my credit card company yet. I am giving her a chance to respond or make it right.

I'm so happy to hear someone else is having the same problem I am. I have been reading a lot of the forums trying to find out where to get quality clip ins. I've seen lots of great things about wickedhairco so I ordered my clip ins on Nov. 4th. Today is Dec. 1 and I still haven't received my order. I have left messages and sent emails but I don't get any response! I just wanted an update. I waited 7 business days before I contacted them just as their website had requested. All I get is voicemail and nothing back from email. I feel like all I can do at this point is post this for anyone else that may be thinking about ordering from wickedhairco and contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I wouldn't have done this if I had received at least an email but the only email I received was on Nov. 7th that my order had been shipped.
Yeah, I found out about the website through this board and it seemed awesome. Thanks for the tip of the owner's forum user name, but I went to PM her and it said she hasn't logged in since the 13th. I hope everything is alright.
I saw really good reviews here and emailed them too. I haven't gotten a response either. I haven't ordered anything from them because I wanted to find out about color matching.

I don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but I ordered from www.wickedhairco.com about two weeks ago, after doing a lot of research as to where to find the best clip-in hair extensions. Well I never received a tracking number/order status update, they aren't answering emails, and every time I call them, I get their answering machine. I left a message a week ago and assumed they'd taken off for the Thanksgiving Holiday, but now that it's over, I still haven't heard a thing.
What I'm wondering is if anybody has ordered from them in the past few weeks, or if this has ever happened to anyone else with this company?
