Batgirl, theres nothing wrong with your hair its`s the style thats all wrong. If you want to leave your hair long I would leave it at the lenght it`s at now, but if you want to go short try chin lenght and cut your bangs to above your eyebrows. Try to brighten your hair with some color like copper red would look good on you with some blonde highlights in front near the top to give it a sun kissed look.

I think you have a cute face but your hair does nothing for it. I think a change would be good for you. If you watch The Young and the Restless, look at the actress who plays Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). This style on you would look great. It would give you a chic-sassy look. I thought about growing my hair out, which would be cool, and for a while, I`ve been determined, but now I`m not sure if I want long hair or to cut it. this isn`t too recent, but my hair is dyed blonde (naturally ash brown), brown eyes, i have layered hair, longest layer is about 5 inches past my shoulders, and the shortest is an inch below my chin. i used to have a narrow face, but thanks to braces, it`s a little rounder. help!!!!!!!!!!
