It's not so much about split ends as it is wanting to end rid of damage. It's going to be a long process. I might wait a little longer.

I can't do a whole lot with it because I don't use heat. Makes it hard sometimes. I want to by big velcro rollers for volume!

Along with eating high protein foods like yogurt and cheese I drink SLM protein drink, comes in individual pakages and has 20grams of protein.

Measuring update!

So on the 25th of August my hair was 48cms. I measured on the 25th of September and my hair is ..... 51cms!!!

So slightly over an inch. How amazing is that. Made me so happy!

Definately keep posting and you should be activated hopefully :) Good job on the water too and cut down on the sress. YOu will hopefully see a difference. Okay Im thikning over the past month you have grown 3/4 inch. what do you think? and what is it?

Well that's irritating. I hope it's not one of those forums where you'd need a phone book to house all the rules. I'll keep posting then!

I'm getting better at the water, thanks for asking. 'm hugely stressed as well atm and that's the opposite of what you want for hair growth.

Measuring in 2 days. What do you think I've grown? :)
