Hard to believe there's a way to make Morena Baccarin look average. Maybe she'll look great when her hair gets long again.

Well, considering that she just got it done before the Golden Globes and this is about a month or so later, I'd say it's more likely "between trims" than "growing out".
 
And the fact that her bob doesn't look even slightly less full with the undercut is a testiment to just how thick her hair is...
