The only vitamins that you need to monitor intake more closely are the fat soluble vitamins such as A as E (they can accumulate in your body if not used). Hi, I've heard alot of positive things about B vitamins for hair growth. But could I be taking too much of it? I take 1 bee pollen capsule, 1 B complex tablet, and 1 prenatal vitamin every day. If there are any bad side effects I would really like to know. Thanks, Amber
