Hi,I have naturally curly hair myself and relax it every 2 months. You can use Revlon or any good hair relaxers and please let a professional do it for you.Natasja

Don't you find it very time consuming to blow dry with straightening balms and lotions? I am considering putting a straightener in my hair to cut down on style time, but two straightening products that I've used in the past are Str8 by Rusk and Straight-Line by L'anza. I also have dark brown hair and have never had a residue problem with either of these products. Good luck!
