Okay gurls I need your opinions. I placed an order at international wig on 9/7 and my payment went through on 9/8. I read my shipping info and my package was not sent out until 9/13 so I emailed customer support this:
This is christy hunt again I am emailing about my order, order # 10391. Right now I am really mad! I would love to know why I was charged on 9/8 and my package did not get sent until 9/13? this is really unfair! If I was charged on 9/8 then my package should have been sent on 9/9 at the latest! I feel that it was unfair for me to be charged for a package on 9/8 that was not even sent out until 9/13, 3 business days later.
this is what I recieved in response:
wow you have got to be the rudest woman i have ever come across
YOU ARE CHARGED WHEN YOU CLICK THE ORDER LINK AND PAY! GET REAL!
and normally items ship 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU PAY. read the SHIPPING INFO! clearly says 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
take your rude emails elsewhere you ingornat nasty person! we are not interested. you have SOME NERVE!!! your items are 2 weeks early and you are bitching? SHOP ELSEWHERE!
and then I recieved this:
and saturday and sunday is not a BUSINESS DAY MORON
If I was rude (which I dont feel I was) and I was wrong I feel there is a much better way to deal with this.
So then I call the # form the website and the girl wouldn't tell me who I need to conact about this or even a # to call. I want to report this person to international wig but dont know what to do?
whatwould you do? do you gurls feel that I WAS WRONG OR RUDE PLEASE HELP?

Well, I do think you were being overly demanding expecting them to ship next day especially if there was a weekend involved and it's common practice to bill people instantly when it comes to online shopping carts. Some places do it instantly, some do it upon shipping, but I can not believe a business would call a customer a moron!!! Oh my god! Every business has to deal with demanding, irate and sometimes unreasonable customers, but any respectable business would never stoop to name calling.

Was any other emails involved? It seems- sorry- sort of funny....! and -very- out of the ordinary- I have ordered from them for years, so has my sister and I have never gotten any rude email, on the contrary, they answer right away and are always nice...and helpful with color info and such. The shipping time is on the home page though, it DOES take awhile to get orders from them, if your items left in a couple days that is sooner then I have ever gotten an item, it is always a good 2 weeks at least. Is there a name with that email? They always sign it, I have talked with Angela and Summer before...and a Tina, I think. Never ordered on the phone, always online.

after that i sent the first posted email and you know what i got. thr first person i emailed was summer the rude name caller did not sign his or her emails.
what would you do to get in contact with a super visor?
i would also like to say that i work in a office and i recieve rude calls all the time but as a business it is your responsibility to treat the customer with respect, i showed respect in ALL my emails summer returned my respect but this other person did not!
I wasn't going to open my big mouth and say anything, but I do think you are rude, immature, and hot headed.
Remember a while back you sent me some PM's asking questions, and I promptly answered you back. In my writing I usually write as I speak, with a bit of humour that you misunderstood for me being rude to you!
This is what you wrote back, something to this effect, "Too bad I can't see you face to face, then I would put you in your place..."
So basically you threatened me with physical violence because you misconstrued what I had said in my reply to your dumb PM.
ye i also thought you were rather unhelpful when i was dealing with biolustre ..you seemed to suggest i was bad mouthing the company without good cause - because you had recieved yours - when in fact they are just a bad company.
if you look on i.w it tells you how long it takes - sometimes you have to wait ages but it does state that as that person said! you really cant compplain about shipping unless it is late - ie over 14 days!!!!
however i agree - they should be more responsible in their dealings with customers!!!! - out of order
but perhaps next time you could 'complain' in a more..um.. mature way and you will find you get a more helpful response and they will also be more likely to help you...

Metalgirl- sometimes in life we need to follow our instincts, so next time in stead of trying to make me seam like the bad guy do keep your big mouth shut. In the pm your were very very rude to me when I made that comment. Dont try to judge a person you dont even know. I WAS NOT RUDE IN MY MAILS TO THEM AND WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT.
kIRSTY- I never said that you were bad mouthing the company! I simply said that my expericance was good and that I feel that sometimes people and places get bad reps for no good reason.

I dont think you were being rude in your email but certianly unreasonable.
Seems like the advisor just typed what was going through hers and probably would have went through anyone elses head if they had received your email although completely and utterly unproffesional of him/her to actually send it.
I work in customer services which i think teaches you what kind of customer not to be.

Maybe you dont think your being rude, but is comes across that way. Try to lighten up a bit.
P.S. Its normal to charge your card at the time of checkout, then ship out when they can.
P.P.S. I joke around a lot on here, but i do try to be a good customer. I make extra sure to read over any emails I send to make sure they are polite, I try to understand about shipping delays and stocking issues. Basically, I try to treat the company the way I would want a customer to treat me. IF you worked in the customer service industry, almost any aspect of it, you would understand that.
And when I am queen of the world, EVERYONE will work as a waitor/waitress for a year. I'll call it your "humbling expireance".

ALSO back on topic i used to work with this guy who was a veterinary surgeon and whenever we'd have a particularly painful owner (cuz, ya know,the animals are always awesome) he'd smile, answer everything, be as nice and sweet with them as he was to anybody....then at the end he'd tack on a PIA charge for being a "pain in the a$%". i guess my point is ...you can think whatever ya want about people...saying it is usually never okay. rare exceptions. it always costs you something in the end.
