Well, after repeated emails to this person and only geting the SAME cut and paste section of her site as a reply, not even a typed out reply.. I will post this for all who might be thinking of a transaction with this company. Please beware, and read the post about this. She basically will do no refund of any sorts..this is my final email to her.
"Well, since this whole thing is not being solved in a proper and helpful manner, I have contacted VISA and explained the issue to them so that they are able to do a FULL chargeback for this purchase. I also contacted paypal and ther have been notes made about this on their side. Thanks for being such a helpful and moral business owner, I will pass on a good word to all of my friends who might want to shop with your company too. Have a good one. Shann"

Okay, since we're handing out warnings here, beware of a hair seller named Lola Noble in New York - I bought hair from her site called Beautiful Indian Hair. It had nits, okay, but the worst was I ordered 18" hair and got 14" hair. She replied that what I ordered was what was sent...uh, then who did the switcheroo between NY and CA? The postman? That was her one and only reply - no offer to exchange, refund, or kiss my a$$. Another quality individual, that one.
