It's not so much about split ends as it is wanting to end rid of damage. It's going to be a long process. I might wait a little longer.

I'm just experimenting going off silicones.... everything has silicones in it! I'm also buying a clarifying shampoo which I've never had before.... and I thought I knew everything. LOL

You get a tape measure and start at your hairline at the top of tour face, tace it along the center part and to the longest point at the back. Can be tricky!

You know it really irritates me when people with beautiful long hair don't take care of it or appreciate it. Flat irons are worst of all.

I think we can do that we can aim for the 25th :) I tot agree about people not taking care of their hair. its like id kill for hair like that.

Okay the plan is to get a trim after the 25th of this month. About 2cms or so I'll get off. Then it's no more trims to APL.

I'm contemplating doing it myself because hairdressers always rip out my hair with brushes and fry it with a blow drier. I've read how to self trim, I wonder if I can get someone to help me...
