I'm 24 and can't even count how many times I've bleached my hair. The last time I used bleach though (40 volume with electric blue powder) I had a really strange reaction. My face and neck turned red. I was very itchy and felt like I was burning up. Can you develope strange reactions at any time? It's really weird because I've used the same stuff so many times without a problem. I WANT TO BE BLONDE!!!!!

You can develop allergies suddenly, even if you've used the same thing before with no problems. That's why you're always meant to do an allergy test first before putting dyes and chemicals onto your hair, every time you do it.
