Has anyone had success by using hair vitamins? I used them,, they seemed to help a little. But I noticed I grew more hair on my arms. And now that I quit taking them, the hair on my arms is falling out. Did anyone one experience this before?

Brandi,

I`ve been taking hair vitamins for about three months now and I have noticed a big difference in my hair. The texture is much softer and it doesn`t feel as dry also I am also able to go much longer in between relaxers. I have also noticed that my hair does not break off as much as it used to. I take Nature`s Bounty Vitamins for the Hair, Centrum Multivitamin, Biotin, Lecithin and Omega 3 Fatty Acid.

I can`t really speak on any hair breakage because I haven`t stopped taking them.

:O i was gunna buy some hair vitamins the other day...... but then when i saw the price of em i thought i`ld check out all your opininons on here first....

more hair grew on ur arms?! :S

Did you have brittle hair? Or hair that was falling out. I also have long hair but the problem with my hair is that it breaks easily and falls out from the root. I`m using a product to help the fall out. But my hair is still very dry and weak from the damage of coloring i did in the past. Of course its been months now since i colored it and i know it takes time for it to regain its texture.
But i wanted to find out where i can get those products that you mention?

I`ve used Nature`s Bounty for almost a year now, I like them. No odd hair growth!!!!
