I used them,, they seemed to help a little. But I noticed I grew more hair on my arms. And now that I quit taking them, the hair on my arms is falling out. The texture is much softer and it doesn`t feel as dry also I am also able to go much longer in between relaxers. I have also noticed that my hair does not break off as much as it used to. I take Nature`s Bounty Vitamins for the Hair, Centrum Multivitamin, Biotin, Lecithin and Omega 3 Fatty Acid. I can`t really speak on any hair breakage because I haven`t stopped taking them.
