Hi, I'm only 20 but since my father's side of family has baldness I'm afraid of getting bald too, I'm not sure but I think I have a bit less hair density just where parting begins. My hair seems also weaker than it used to but I don't notice any huge fall out, actually my hair doesn't fall that much...

I'm depressed sometimes, I don't sleep much and I don't workout.. I take vitamins(centrum) if that's relevant. I know this is not very healthy but I just want to know if it has a major impact on hair or not. My hair is very important to me, I don't want to get bald in the near future any help is appreciated

It probably does have an impact.  If you get exercise and sleep more, you will see an improvement in your hair. One multivitamin a day is good for you and your hair.

If you want to know if you will inherit hair loss, look at your mother's brothers, not your father's side.  The gene for this is passed on the mother's side.

My mother's side of family doesn't have anyone with hair loss so I kinda feel a bit more relieved.. I'll begin to exercise in the next few days if it's not raining.. thx for replying.

The gene for hair loss coming strictly from the mother's side is a myth.   A much debunked, disproven myth.
