QuoteReplyTopic: Vitamins not Horse Pills Posted: April 14 2006 at 9:08pm
Hey beautifuls!!!!!! Its been a looooongggg time since I posted, but I
have come back for your expertise on a new dilemna. I want to
start a vitamin reigmen (to promote healthy hair growth, etc.) but I
don't like taking horse pills. I ordered HF37 a year ago and
never took the pills because they are so big (yep, I wasted about
$50). So, do any of you ladies have an effective regimen that you
follow that doesn't include taking vitamins the size of my thumb???
Thanks!
......so seductive......

If they're caplets (ie, the hard pills) try breaking them in half and taking just half.
Hair type: who knows?
Length: 23 inches as of 3/10/06
MY HAIR IS OFFICIALLY BRA STRAP LENGTH!!
Goal: Waist Length, which is only 30 inches so
ADVISE ME ON HOW TO GET JUST 7 MORE INCHES OF GROWTH!

If you want your hair to grow take vitamin E and just condition your hair and after you condition it put in a leave in treatment. Keep your hair moist and everything will be fine.

Try using a pill crusher, it will turn into a fine powder when you crush them well. I dont like ~swallowing~ vitamins/pills period. I take vitamins for overall health not necessarily for hair growth, but I use a pill crusher, it takes the hassle out of swallowing pills.
Some vitamins that help increase hair growth are : Bition, B-Complex, MSM and various Amino Acids, just so you'll know. But all that isnt necessary for hair growth, what really works is a simple and solid regimen that doesnt include taking boat loads of vitamins and using various hair growth aids.
I'd say just do the basic stuff: Wash, Condition, Deep Condition, Moisturize, Dont use too much Heat, and stick with Products that work for your hair. It works for me, maybe it will work for you too.
