i've never used Murray's but i've heard that its really thick. i'd recommend lets jam (does the same thing as murrays, plus it gives a good shine, and is easy 2 wash out)

yea, you won't need 2 wave caps yet. another reason that some people use 2 wave caps is because theirs are loose and 9-10 weeks worth of hair is gonna be harder to hold down and keep intact especially during sleep
