Wow, it's getting harder and harder to measure my hair. Must mean it's getting longer! Looks like I gained another half an inch this month. I feel that I can now say that I'm at APL!
Next goal is BSL. I think that will be around 26-28" for me. It's hard to see the tape measure! When I get there, I'll maintain there while trimming off dye. Thats the plan for now.
Oh, I started using Monistat on my head for faster hair growth. Alot of people have had very good luck with it. I'm hoping it will speed up my growth. I just started it, so we will see how it goes when I measure in July.
I'm still using CO, and my hair still loves it!

Thanks Mike!
Here are some pictures of 2 new updos I learned. The first one is a cheater bun for short hair. I love this one, it's so easy and quick to do, and it holds all day. The 2nd one is a messy bun. It looks different everytime I do it. This one is easy too. I like how it makes it look like I have more hair. They are a great way to wear my forks too!

Hi Pburgh56 , Thanks for the nice comments and Mothers Days wish!
Thanks suicides eve, for the tips! So far I love CO'ing. I think I'm right at APL too. I cut my tape measure so I could measure my hair better with it, now I can't put in around my under arms lol. I'm going to try to wait until the 1st to get a length shot.

Co'ing helps but beware, it left my hair kinda dull and weird looking at the crown. I'd say your just about APL . try putting a towel under your arm pits (over your clothes)and let the hair fall over - it shows length better then nothing. i did this a few time in the begining. it helps
Paper your hair is amazing. Its getting long for sure. If mine was that long Id be soooo happy right now. Keep up the good work. And belated happy mothers day. Havent talked to u in a while :(

Well, I had to quit using my Volumizing Shampoo. It left my hair a big frizz ball for days! I started using CO - Conditioner Only. I put about 1/4 of a bottle of Suave Naturals Tropical Coconut on my dry hair. I clip my hair up and leave in on for about an hour. I get in the shower, wet my hair, suds up, then rinse. Thats it! I love it. My hair has lots of body, shine, and no frizz at all.
I learned 2 new updos. There great for hair my length and there a good way to wear my new forks. I'll try to get pictures up this week! I wear my hair down mostly, but it's nice to know updos, to wear when it gets hot this summer!
I'm really excited about reaching APL! I check every day! It's taken forever. I think getting to BSL will be a lot quicker.
Oh yeah, I loved Jenn's curly hair so much, I bought some large sponge rollers. I haven't tryed them yet. I hope to this week and get some pictures.

A guy might wear one like this. You could use it to hold back your ponytail.
