Wow, that is just so much not an improvement.

I say again: style matters more than color or length. Rumer has definitely looked pretty with good styles, and if someone brought this style to life it might work well with the color. But not yet.

If this board were called "Talented People Hair Talk" instead of "Celebrity Hair Talk" we'd have a far smaller pool of people to talk about!

The colour looks very patchy....i shud like it as i love red hair but not a fan of this.
It doesn't have to be natural to be fabulous!!!/
