Wow, that is just so much not an improvement.
I say again: style matters more than color or length. Rumer has definitely looked pretty with good styles, and if someone brought this style to life it might work well with the color. But not yet. ------------- Your hair is your best accessory; wear it with STYLE! |

I still say she looks like the love child of Jay Leno. She is on this board only because of her parents, not on any talent or looks of her own. |
